Steve has a background in Telecommunications & IT Technology projects & programmes in New Zealand & the UK, having started out over twenty years ago with Telecom NZ. He is extremely adept at defining & managing multiple projects whilst maintaining the ability to manage the helicopter view. He has an excellent track record managing individual projects through to large programmes of work. Steve provides a pragmatic approach to his project management engagements and is frequently engaged when the "Project" is off the rails & requires structure & strong leadership to deliver the required outcome.
