He has over 20 years experience with Information Technology, Software Development & Business projects in New Zealand, the UK, the USA, Singapore & Australia. He is well versed at defining complex projects & programmes by rapidly understanding underlying business strategy & ensuring that projects are aligned with organizational objectives. Neil is experienced at guiding cross-functional teams of up to forty individuals & delivering high-quality project outcomes. He is also an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) & is a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP).
